By purchasing any service or tangible product that’s physical or digital, you agree to NOT open a dispute to your bank, charge backs or request for a refund as all order purchases are final.

Clothing

We DO NOT offer ANY REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES due to hygiene purposes & since the pandemic, to protect the safety of everyone's well being.

 

We have a 7-day replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement for defective clothing, wrong sizes, or insufficient quantity.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-replaceable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept replacements for on sale items or gift cards.

 

Studio Services

There are NO REFUNDS for Studio Time, Mixing & Mastering Services, & Bundle Deals due to time being lost that cannot be recovered. However, we guarantee you a great experience, customer service & quality business. We also offer unlimited revisions for mixing & mastering until your satisfaction.
